Kristi and I would like to thank you for a job well done! When we first met at the “Home Show” two years ago our house was in the planning stages, and quite honestly we had no idea what type of stairs were right for our house. With your help two staircases were designed and constructed to meet our needs of beauty and function. Being the general contractor on the job took more time and effort than we imagined. You always were available at all times and your constant communication took any guesswork out of the building equation.

Next point we would like to make is the appreciation we had for your installer, Ralph. Ralph made sure he kept us aware of what was going on during the installation process and when problems arose, as they do on any new construction site, he had agreeable solutions. Ralph’s workmanship was incredible and the time and effort he put into the job was a trait I wish the rest of my contractors had. Ralph is certainly an asset to your business.
